The design and layout of a website is about enriching the viewers experience. After all, if they enjoy looking and navigating around a site, they're more likely to come back. I have designed for individuals requiring a personal web presence, SME's requiring that corporate look, charities looking for that little bit extra, and also some of the best web design agencies in and around Essex, the South East and around the UK. All my sites are designed to current web standards, making them accessible and easy to expand.

Content Mangement

If you need to update your site on a regular basis, rather than employing your own webmaster, a Content Management System (CMS) is a tool you can use as easily as Microsoft Word to do this. Content Management Systems can be integrated at any point in your website's life, but the most cost effective is before coding has begun.

I use three open source CMS's depending on the level of control and the functionality that you may require. These are CMSfromScratch, modX and Wordpress. This enables you to have the CMS that is suitable for you and not have to pay for functionality you don't require.

If you already have a static site and you wish to start updating it yourself rather than paying someone else to do it, we can integrate a CMS to enable you to do this.

Web and Email Hosting

If you require a new website, you'll need it (and the email accounts related to it) hosted somewhere. Facio have various hosting packages to cater to your needs, including email hosting and MySQL databases. If your site is already hosted with another company and you require it to be moved for any reason, we can take the hassle out of moving your web and email to our hosting servers.

  St James the Less Church, Hadleigh

  David Childs, Priest in charge at St James the Less required a modern site reflecting the church's 1,000 year history. It was built around Wordpress to enable easy updates.

  Using modXCMS, this site was built encorporating an easily updatable news system and content management.

  A redesign was required for thw Legacy Youth Congregation, and content management system was installed to make it easy for stakeholders to update the site on a regular basis

  Following a practice merger, Dr Rowan Brown required a website for the group which includes a content managment system to update patients with the latest news on health issues. Accessibility was of paramount importance to enable as many visitors as possible to use the site.

  St George's Church required a new fresh look to their website, which was easy for anyone to update. A Content Management System was built in to the design.

  PMP had encountered problems with their old web design and hosting company. The site was redesigned, with updated content and imagery, and web & email hosting migrated to the Facio servers.
